Are there minimum or maximum dimensions in the production of a Bathroom Pod?

No. StercheleGroup® technology allows a total architectural and dimensional freedom. When the width and/or height exceed m. 2.50, transport costs are affected. In these cases a good alternative is to divide the cell into two parts to be laid side by side in the final position.

Can Bathroom Pods be realized without the basement?

Yes. If the project requires it, the floor is laid directly on the slab and bathroom pods are then produced without the floor.

Can Bathroom Pods be realized with a window?

Yes. StercheleGroup® realizes rectangular, round and full height windows. Of course, since bathroom pods must have walls all around, the hole of the window must coincide with the one within the exterior wall and the counter frame and the frame of the window must have a suitable thickness to compensate the external wall together with the pod wall.

What is the weight of a Bathroom Pod?

The weight of a Bathroom Pod depends on its dimension and on the technology selected (concrete - CBM or metal frame - CBL). On the floor surface the weight of a lightweight bathroom pod is between 200 and 300 kg/m² (overall weight usually between 1 to 3 tons). For those with a concrete monolithic structure is between 500 and 700 kg/m ² (overall weight usually between 2 to...
